What day of the week do your lets begin and end on?
Weekly lets normally run from Saturday to Saturday.
What standard of accommodation should I expect?
The apartments have been consistently graded as ‘4 star’ but you can be further reassured by our genuine Reviews from previous guests.
Do you provide bed linen and fresh towels?
Yes. All rates include bed linen, towels and utility bills, and the cost of local phone calls.
Do all apartments have laundry / clothes washing and drying facilities?
Yes. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in each accommodation for tenants own use. Two sets of bedding and towels are provided.
Do all apartments have private parking?
Yes – if you have company vehicles or large 4×4 style cars our parking is particularly suitable (with no underground ramps to negotiate or tight corners).
When should I arrive arrive/depart? What are the normal checking in and checking out times?
Please arrive after 12:00 on the day of arrival and leave by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Can we be picked up from the train or bus station? How are we met?
Guests are met either directly at the apartment, or a courtesy pick up from the bus/train station can be arranged. This service is available free of additional charge.
Can I use the telephone in my apartment? What is the cost of making ‘phone calls?
UK telephone calls can be made free of charge from each of the City Apartments. The telephone can receive international calls with no problem.
Do the apartments have access to satellite television channels?
Yes. Sky TV channels are available in all properties.
Does your accommodation have access to the internet?
Yes. There is unlimited wireless broadband internet access provided free of charge in each property.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cheques can be accepted in pounds sterling, euro and all other international currencies at the tourist exchange rate at the time of booking. Credit cards are not accepted, but we can accept a bank credit transfer (often called a BACs payment). Please ask for further information.
Do you require a deposit in advance? What are your terms and conditions of letting?
A deposit of 30% is normally required upon confirmation of your booking, with the remaining balance payable 4-6 weeks before the date of arrival. Please see our terms and conditions page for further information.
How far are your apartments from my town or city?
Liverpool is 20 miles away, about a 30 minute drive. North Wales and Snowdonia are 20 miles away, about a 30 minute drive. Manchester is 35 miles away, about a 45 minute drive. Llangollen is 35 miles away, about a 40 minute drive. Anglesea is 45 miles away, about a 50 minute drive.
